The proposal of PortionPac Chemical Corporation was the best proposal meeting the advertised specifications. This proposal is for a period of one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The funds for this service are contained in the Food and Nutrition Services budget. Recommendation That the proposal of PortionPac Chemical Corporation, to provide 'Food Service Cleaning System and Products' in the amount of $103,709.04, be approved for award and purchase.
